All Pinoy Steel products are warranted for the lifetime of the original and subsequent purchasers against defects in materials or workmanship.
We will repair or, at our option, replace any defective product with the same or a similar product. Due to the handmade nature of the items offered here, an exact replacement is of course not possible.
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse and disassembly. It also does not cover any form of alteration to our products. Pinoy Steel is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages as a result of any and all uses of our products.
For warranty service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange to return your item. Return shipping must be paid by the owner.
When shipping your item, we recommend insurance in case of damage, theft, or loss. Please pack it carefully and securely. Include your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a note explaining the problem. Pinoy Steel is not responsible for damage, theft or loss during shipping.
How long will my repair take?
In most cases the repair will be completed within 8 weeks. I have to personally take your item back to the Philippines to have it professionally repaired by the craftsman who made it. For out of warranty work, an estimate will be provided; approval and payment for repair must be arranged in advance. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, unique repairs and other issues.
